Sunday Pub and a bit of Benedict

We started the day at the Victoria.  Bill "Scorsese" wanted to start the acting right away but he started with a soft ball - - "Pretend you're mad at me."
(Please…scoop of chocolate, scoop of vanilla - don't waste my time!!)

But of course we could only be mad at Bill for so long…it was a cold rainy day, there was a warm fire, pints of beer, the meat pie of the day and all was right with the world.
Then we went outside and got wet.
The Winter Wonderland is back in Hyde Park.  It's full of rides, food stalls, and a Christmas village selling an appalling assortment of rubbish.  Even I couldn't find anything to spend my money on, and that is saying a lot!!  So we skipped it and went to Harrods.

Bill had no interest in Harrods so he took a walk by museums on Cromwell Road.  They do a pop up skating rink every year that is rather pretty but not a big draw on a cold rainy day.

We spent the evening as Cumberbitches (all three of us!) at The Imitation Game.  I loved seeing Bletchley Park in the film and thinking about my visit there with Doug and Marge.  When this movie comes your way we definitely recommend…especially Chi.

Is there a shooting gallery at the Winter Wonderland?
