Before Jen left for the US spring was in full swing and so were the protesters. On the way home from a lovely day at the park we heard yet another protest march down the streets of London. When we reached the street we saw a mile long parade of Ukraine supporters. I made us feel bad for saying "Another protest… what the hell are people protesting now…"
Lots of anti-Putin signs. An impressive array of flags and chants. Well choreographed, supporters of the Ukraine. Well done.

You can still look fashionable while protesting. Nicely coordinated shoes and dress. All in Ukraine yellow and blue.
Meanwhile, a hardy group of protesters were across town chanting save the lion songs.
Yeah, it didn't carry the same gravitas as the Ukrainians. Bad timing, Lion people.
A solo protester standing up for her (his, not sure) right to go without underwear.
