Neighbour Robert is having work done on his flat to add a basement level. As a result his olive tree has a new home a few houses down and his new picnic bench is now ours to make way for equipment etc.
Robert is now relegated to smoking outside his window. The good news is he can now smoke wearing only his boxers, as he is here. At least we hope he is in his boxers.
