Rats!

There is only one reader of our blog who would appreciate this photo.  It's a lamp created by the artist Alex Randall.  Surprisingly, Alex isn't the only deranged person creating art out of taxidermy animals.

The big news in England today is SNOW!  The TV stations are hyping the blizzard American-style and some of areas of the country are in RED alert.  Some places will be getting as much as 25 cm.  Sounds like the apocalypse, doesn't it? That's only 9 inches to you and me.  Of course the area hit hardest is Norfolk - the area we were planning to go this weekend.  I'm sure the driving would be terrible so it was a good call to postpone. Instead we will take the train (hoping for no delays!!) to London and spending the weekend there.  I would post a photo except it is not snowing here yet.
