When we asked Joey what he wanted as a graduation gift, he said he wanted to go to Seattle. Looking back, I'm not sure if he really meant WITH us but here we all are on the plane!!
And here is our Pacific Northwest home for the week. An Airbnb in Belltown - a short walk from Pike's Place in downtown Seattle.
We got in late on Friday night so it wasn't until we got up Saturday morning that I realized the corner window even had a view.
We were very sad that Allie couldn't join us on this trip…but she is represented. We plan to show little Allie a good time.

Time to Uber! It took all three of us to sort it out on our first Seattle Uber ride…and then we went to the arboretum office building rather than the park…but we got there eventually.
