Our weekend was full of Christmas preparations and one of the most important piece is, of course, the tree!! It was nice to be back at our local farm but it was slim pickin's this late in the month. Bill was particularly intrigued by the animals. It seemed strange that there was just one each: a llama, chicken, goat, pony, buffalo and turkey were all huddling under one roof to avoid the freezing rain. It was like a barn yard singles club.
They had a nice little fire going a sign to help yourself to marshmallows so I figured I'd get in the spirit. I wonder if they toast marshmallows in England?

That is one sad camp fire. How long did it take the marshmallow to roast?
