Remember the neighbor scraping paint in the haz-mat suit when it was 100 degrees this summer? Now that its fall he has built this tarp enclosure over the side of his house and has it all lit up to work around the clock. There is a constant whirring of machinery, scraping, and hammering. If only there was a big surprise waiting under that tarp...something out of Roald Dahl that would fascinate the townspeople and perhaps produce candy! Alas, when the tarps come down I'm sure all we will see is a meticulously painted side of a white house.

That is damn spooky and reminiscent of the scene in ET where the government bad guys come to check out ET from the inside out. I would stay far away, maybe purchase some radiation detectors and definitely put up tin foil over the windows!
