The landscapers didn't come for a few days and then when they showed up - all of a sudden things really started to happen! On Friday the plants arrived!!
Planting a tree requires a big hole.
The tree was a little hard to handle even for two guys.
Then Bill got into the act! He made the stone walkways.

And here it is at night with the lights all on (although I just realized that this picture was taken pre-mulch. The roof picture was post-mulch.)
The neighbors all seem to like it since everyone walking by makes a comment. They especially want to know what kind of tree it is. It's a seven-son flower, in case you wanted to know. We still have a few details to finish off but we love it!!
