NPPS at Denise's house means lots of attention for Archie. He and Christin had this tender moment while Pip discovers his benefactor on Great Expectations. We now all have to go reread the book because Masterpiece Theater's version seemed to deviate dramatically from the way we remember it. It also had some strange casting - Pip was prettier than Estella!
I also got a chance to show off my Ubbie Dubbie skills tonight. Growing up in Mass means watching ZOOM as a kid - Denise, Pete and Christin are all from ZOOM-less states. ZOOM was a local show where kids all did skits, crafts, sang - and taught us Ubbie Dubbie. Andy even went to school with one of the ZOOMsters (Jay) and got me an autograph. Maybe when Andy comes to visit we can put on an Ubbie Dubbie show of our own.

do you remember the episode where one of the kids made these huge shoes out of styrofoam and window shades, and then was able to walk across a lake?
