I feel sorry for all those folks trying to bbq or sitting out to see fireworks. Actually I feel more sorry for Bill and I who spent the whole hot day cleaning the house, grocery shopping and yard work after our two trips away. By the time the torrential rain started I was ready to sit back and enjoy the storm....until I realized that an actual river of water was pouring into our kitchen window. Our kitchen floor hasn't been this clean in a long time.
Back to work tomorrow - boo hoo!!
