The Byrnes-Kay family headed north today. The game plan was bbq, fire pit and smores - things we thought would interest Thomas and Alexander. Turns out that these are things that really only interest the over 40 crowd - especially on a cold drizzly day.
Alexander tried to get into the spirit of the smores but quickly tired of the weather and, no doubt, the company.
The day ended when Noelle said that our yard was "over cairned". Bill now has plans for a dozen more to spite her.
