Has anyone seen my Vermeer?

We're watching the documentary about the 13 stolen paintings from the Isabella Gardner Museum.  It's fascinating.  Compared to the characters in the documentary, the theft itself is the least interesting aspect of the movie.  We love the art recovery dude, he's a cool guy who has a fake nose due to skin cancer (the nose once fell off at a dinner).  Then there's an IRA component and Whitey Bulger's possible involvement as plot lines.
The problem with watching a documentary like this is that we know they do not find the paintings, but because it's a movie, and movies always wrap up nice and tight, we keep hoping they'll be a happy ending

The most valuable stolen painting on earth
