Has anyone actually seen Owen Wilson and Bill in the same room??

Clearly the person in charge of wardrobe for the movie The Big Year spent some time in Newburyport...in our closet.  Who else do we know who might wear  a pink paisley fedora, purple zip up and pink ("Nantucket Red") pants??  If Owen Wilson had facial hair and a flip phone I would swear this was Bill.
